If owner must reschedule or cancel a scheduled lesson or consultation for any reason, it MUST be done by phone 24 hours prior to said scheduled lesson, if not, that lesson or consultation will be forfeited and there will be a $100 fee in advance to reschedule ! *

WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS *

I understand that participation in dog training/ Behavior Modification is not without risk to myself and my dog as well as any family members or guests who might attend. I understand that I must follow instructions given by David Kurlander or any Steady Wind, LLC associates in order for results to happen. I hereby waive and release David Kurlander, his Agents, and the owner/lessor of the facility from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage suffered as a result of my participation in any class or private lesson, including any damage or injury resulting from the action of any person or dog, or for any accident occurring on the premises or its surroundings. Owner agrees that David Kurlander will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from the failure of the dog to respond to any commands taught to the dog or resulting from counseling and advice supplied to owners of dog. Dog’s behavior now and in the future is solely the responsibility of the owners of the dog. I agree to accept full responsibility for my actions, those of my family or guests and those of my dog.
